3.1 Creating an Account

You may not share, transfer, or sell your Account to any third party. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain unauthorized access is prohibited.

7.3 Billing Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Lenvomrak is not liable for failed transactions resulting from inaccurate billing information provided by you.

14. Termination
Lenvomrak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at info@lenvomrak.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without regard to any specific jurisdiction's conflict of law provisions. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or another mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenvomrak with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
